Our observation service is designed to alleviate pressure on ward teams and the police, enabling them to focus on their core roles.Once a patient is transferred to hospital, Prometheus staff will remain with them, keeping them safe and calm and providing reassurance.Our observation service is available for patients of any age, within Accident & Emergency departments, section 136 suites or while awaiting assessment and admission.
