About the Role

162.5 based on a fixed 10 week rota 
Shift Patterns: Day Shift: 5.30am – 22.30 and Night Shift 17.30 – 07.30
Rate: £25 – £27/hour
Reporting to: Service Delivery Managers

We are looking for RMN’s to join our Mental Health Organisation to provide high quality care to all patients transported by PSS in all HS business streams.

You MUST have a full manual UK driving license and be confident in driving across different weather conditions and are able to remain calm to ensure road safety is a priority.

Person Specification Essential:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellent English language and communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Health Care Assistant in primary care and in mental health.
  • Act honestly and with integrity and demonstrate a caring and patient-centred approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive and positive self-starter.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Well-organised with good time management skills

Communication Skills:

Desirable:

  • Healthcare related NVQ, BTEC or equivalent at Level 3 National Care Certificate
