Highly Trained Staff
We offer a specialist team on registered mental health nurses and health care assistants guided by our core values.
Our staff are fully trained in de-escalation management and intervention (DMI), a holistic approach which focuses on risk assessment, care plans and non-physical intervention. It also equips staff with the skills needed to deal with situations where a physical intervention may be required.
Training is provided by professional trainers with clinical backgrounds and meets all of the relevant guidance provided by CQC, NICE, Mental Health Act Code of Practice and the Department of Health.“I just wanted to say how impressed I was by Prometheus staff.
